The COROS PACE 4 is a GPS multi-sport watch with a lightweight, 40-gram build. Its 43.4 mm high-strength polymer case houses a 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a 390 x 390 pixel resolution, protected by scratch-resistant mineral glass. For location tracking, the device uses a dual-frequency system that supports GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo satellites, intended to improve positional accuracy in varied environments. The watch is 11.8 mm thick and is fitted with a 22 mm quick-release silicone band.

An integrated suite of sensors includes an optical heart rate monitor, barometric altimeter, accelerometer, and gyroscope. These components enable the tracking of health and performance data, including SpO2 blood oxygen levels, HRV status, and detailed sleep stages. Multiple sport-specific profiles for activities such as running, cycling, swimming, and triathlon are available on the device. The watch has a 5 ATM water resistance rating, making it suitable for water-based training.

The device connects to iOS and Android smartphones via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for smart notifications and data synchronization with the companion app. It features 4GB of internal storage for offline music playback and a built-in microphone for recording voice notes. Navigation is supported with breadcrumb trails and turn-by-turn instructions. Battery life is rated for up to 19 days in standard mode or up to 41 hours with GPS active.
