The COROS PACE 4 is a GPS sports watch designed for performance athletes, featuring dual-frequency, all-systems satellite support for precise location data. Its training insights are driven by the EvoLab platform, which analyzes metrics such as training load, recovery, and VO2 max. Data is displayed on a 1.2-inch Always-On AMOLED touchscreen protected by mineral glass. The high-strength polymer case contributes to a total weight of 32 grams, intended for minimal presence during activity.

Health monitoring is conducted by an optical heart rate monitor and a pulse oximeter for SpO2 measurement. The watch tracks sleep stages, including REM, and offers a daily stress monitoring function. A barometric altimeter, barometer, and electronic compass deliver elevation and environmental data for outdoor activities.
