The Mercusys ME25BE BE3600 is a Wi-Fi 7 range extender designed to eliminate coverage dead spots in homes or offices. It supports the Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) standard, offering a combined theoretical throughput of up to 3600 Mbps. The device operates on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands simultaneously, supporting 688 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and 2882 Mbps on the 5 GHz band. 4096-QAM modulation improves data density for more efficient transmission. Designed for tabletop use, the unit can be placed on a shelf or desk to optimise signal reach.

Four external antennas extend from the housing to improve signal reception and coverage. Four integrated Gigabit Ethernet ports allow wired devices to connect to the network at 1000 Mbps. Setup is straightforward: use the WPS button for quick pairing or the web-based management interface for more detailed network settings and firmware updates. Advanced networking features include EasyMesh compatibility and Multi-Link Operation (MLO) to improve signal reliability. The device supports WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK, and WPA3 encryption, has a maximum power consumption of 13.2 W, and includes a multi-colour LED status indicator.
