MicroConnect MC-PCIEX8-X550-T1-S - Network Interface Card

The MICROCONNECT MC-PCIEX8-X550-T1-S is a PCIe x8 single-port 10GBASE-T network card featuring the Intel X550 chipset. Designed for PCs and servers, it fits into an available PCIe x8 slot to provide 10 Gbit/s wired networking. It supports a maximum transfer rate of 10,000 Mbit/s, increasing throughput in data centres and workstations. This model is a dedicated Ethernet adapter for wired copper connections.

The card features a single RJ45 port, which automatically negotiates to 100 or 1,000 Mbit/s speeds when connected to legacy hardware. To achieve top operational speeds, use a Cat 6a cable.
