The Withings BPM Vision is an upper-arm blood pressure monitor with an integrated ECG for AFib detection, designed for home use. It records systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse rates from 40 to 199 beats per minute. Integrated 1-channel ECG sensors detect atrial fibrillation during the measurement. Results appear on a 2.8-inch colour LCD, which provides immediate feedback based on medical guidelines. The device is operated by a single button that initiates cuff inflation and the sensor sequence. Weighing 338g, the monitor is positioned on the upper arm approximately 2–3 cm above the elbow.

The device is powered by a 3.7V lithium-polymer rechargeable battery that lasts up to one year per charge. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity automatically upload measurements to the Withings app. It is compatible with major health platforms, including Apple Health and Google Fit, on smartphones running iOS 16 or Android 9 and later. Internal storage supports up to 16 individual user profiles for tracking health history. The included cuff fits arm circumferences between 22 and 42 cm. The monitor is constructed from polycarbonate, textile, and metal to ensure durability during inflation.
