The ARTLINE ECO-GREEN 190 Permanent Marker, Chisel Nib, Black, 4-Pack is intended for permanent labelling and general marking tasks. Its chisel nib produces a specified 2.0–5.0 mm line range, shifting between narrower writing and broader coverage according to the contact angle. That range supports both detailed identification and highly visible marks without needing separate tip sizes. The ink is permanent and xylene-free, giving the marker a defined role where marks are meant to stay in place. Its black ink suits industrial marking, office notation, schoolwork, identification and arts and crafts.

The round barrel is made from post-consumer recycled plastic and uses a fibre nib. A plastic cap closes over the nib between uses.
