The Steba DF 300 deep fryer (5 L) has a 3000 W heating element, allowing it to reach a maximum temperature of 190 °C quickly. With a 5-litre oil capacity and a 1.5 kg food capacity, it is suitable for larger batches. Cooking is managed via an adjustable thermostat and a manual timer. Designed for countertop use, the unit remains stable during high-temperature cooking, and precise temperature control ensures consistent results for both battered and breaded foods.

The removable oil bowl simplifies cleaning and oil management. A "cool zone" below the heating element prevents food debris from burning, which helps keep the oil clean for longer.
