The Steba ED 80 Steel Deluxe is a countertop food dehydrator designed to remove moisture from ingredients. It connects to the mains to provide consistent, even heat, allowing you to preserve food without the need for oil. Eight internal racks help you organise and separate different items within a single batch. The unit handles a range of produce, including sliced fruits, vegetables, herbs, cured meats, and yogurt. An adjustable thermostat allows you to set the precise temperature required for the ingredients you are drying.

The appliance is housed in stainless steel and built to withstand regular kitchen use. A built-in LED screen displays the current status and settings. There are six automated programmes for standard dehydration tasks, and a timer allows for long cycles without the need for constant supervision.
