The Steba VK 12 Double Seal is a countertop vacuum sealer for food preservation and sous-vide cooking. Its 120 W motor extracts air from bags to prevent freezer burn and extend the shelf life of ingredients. A double-seal function provides a secure, airtight closure, which is particularly effective for moist or liquid-heavy foods. The unit supports bags up to 300 mm wide, accommodating various portion sizes for batch cooking.

The stainless steel housing and black finish make the unit durable for regular home use. A removable vacuum chamber simplifies cleaning if liquid spills during the sealing process. The design includes a built-in cutter to size bags, and a hose port for connecting to external vacuum containers. Ten vacuum bags are included, so the unit is ready to use immediately.
