The Steba SV 120 is an immersion circulator that maintains precise water temperatures for sous-vide cooking. Its 2000 W heating element brings the water bath to the target temperature quickly. Users can set the temperature between 0 °C and 90 °C, depending on the ingredients. An internal pump circulates 8 litres of water per minute to ensure constant movement and uniform heat distribution, which provides consistent results for meat, fish, and vegetables.

The unit features a black and metal finish and is IPX7 rated, making it waterproof for long cooking sessions. An illuminated LED display shows the current temperature and timer settings. The device requires a cooking vessel at least 15 cm deep to accommodate the immersion components. It weighs 2.3 kg and stands 370 mm high, allowing for easy storage in standard kitchen cupboards.
