The Steba ER 2 PRO is a 27-litre cooker for canning, preserving, and serving hot liquids. Its 2000 W element provides enough power to boil or simmer the full tank. The temperature is adjustable between 30 °C and 100 °C, covering tasks ranging from gentle warming to sterilising.

The stainless steel housing is heat-resistant and non-reactive. The unit is 450 mm wide, 480 mm high, and weighs 4.6 kg empty. A tap at the base allows for controlled dispensing, while heat-insulated side handles make the cooker easier to move. The smooth stainless steel surfaces are straightforward to clean.
