With a 320 mm diameter, it provides a large surface area suitable for multiple portions or larger cuts of meat. The pan is made from durable, corrosion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel and features a three-layer sandwich base for even heat distribution, which helps prevent hot spots. It is compatible with all hob types, including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic.

Because the pan has no nonstick coating, you can use metal utensils and high-heat techniques without damaging the surface. It is oven-safe, allowing for easy transitions from the stovetop to the oven. For stability, the pan features two stainless steel handles—a long main handle and a helper grip. The 65 mm walls help reduce oil splatter, and the pan is dishwasher safe.
