The pan works on all hob types, including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic. Its 3 mm thick construction ensures the pan retains heat well for consistent browning. The item is supplied as a single pan; no lid is included.

Rather than a synthetic coating, the carbon steel surface features a natural beeswax finish to protect against oxidation and assist with initial seasoning. You will need to season the pan manually to develop a natural non-stick patina over time. Two riveted iron handles are securely attached to the body, providing stability when moving the pan. It is oven-safe, though it must be washed by hand to preserve the seasoning. The iron handles are durable and withstand high temperatures, but they are not insulated, so use oven gloves or a cloth when handling.
