The black STEBA Raclette 1450 W is a tabletop electric grill for melting raclette cheese and grilling food. Its heating system is rated at 1,450 W and uses electric heat rather than gas or charcoal. The appliance heats up quickly to reach its operating temperature. Meat, fish and vegetables can be cooked on the upper surface while individual portions are prepared in the pans. Designed for shared meals with up to eight people, it brings cooking to the dining table.

The metal housing holds an enamelled cast-iron cooking plate and a separate natural lava-stone plate. Ribbed and smooth sides on the reversible cast-iron plate provide a choice of cooking surfaces. The stone plate offers an alternative surface for hot-stone grilling. A stepless temperature controller allows heat adjustment without fixed preset levels. Both cooking plates are removable and dishwasher-safe, so they can be taken out for cleaning rather than washed in place on the appliance.
