The De Buyer Choc Extreme 24 cm non-stick frying pan is designed for searing, sautéing, and browning. It features a top diameter of 240 mm and a base diameter of 160 mm. The die-cast aluminium construction provides even heat distribution across the surface. The pan is compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen hobs. At 42 mm high, it is suitable for everyday kitchen tasks.

The interior has a ceramic non-stick coating with an integrated PTFE layer to help prevent food from sticking. This coating is scratch-resistant, which helps maintain the finish over time. The stainless steel handle is riveted to the body for a secure, permanent connection. Its design limits heat transfer during use, remaining cool to the touch. The pan is not dishwasher-proof and must be washed by hand. No lid is included.
