The De Buyer Mineral B Element 24 cm crepe pan is designed for delicate batter-based dishes such as crepes and pancakes. Constructed from carbon steel, it conducts heat efficiently across the entire cooking surface. With a 240 mm diameter, it provides the ideal surface area for flatbreads and tortillas. The pan is compatible with all hob types, including gas, electric, ceramic, and induction. The 24 mm low sides allow for easy batter spreading and provide the shallow angle needed to slide a spatula under the crepe for flipping.

The pan features the silver finish typical of traditional carbon steel cookware. Weighing 1300 g, it is heavy enough to resist warping while remaining light enough to manoeuvre easily. The surface is scratch-resistant, allowing for the use of metal kitchen tools without damaging the pan. Including the handle, the total length is 440 mm, which helps with balance during use.
