This steel baking mold is suitable for cakes, tarts, and quiches. The 28 cm De Buyer fluted non-stick baking mold can be used in conventional ovens at temperatures up to 220 °C. The steel construction ensures efficient heat transfer, while the fluted design creates the traditional ridged edges of sweet and savoury tarts. An interior non-stick coating allows for easy release, and the shaped surface helps pastries hold their structure when unmolded.

The coating is PFOA-free and meets food safety standards. Due to the steel material, this product is not suitable for microwave use. Hand-wash with warm water and detergent using non-abrasive tools to maintain the coating; store in a dry place to protect the finish.
