The Garmin Instinct 3 (50 mm AMOLED) is an outdoor activity tracker and multisport monitor. A 1.3-inch touchscreen displays performance data and navigation routes. Multi-band GPS with SatIQ, GLONASS, and Galileo support maintains accurate positioning in challenging terrain. Navigation tools include an electronic compass, barometric altimeter, and point-to-point trackback for easier navigation. The device tracks VO2 Max, training load, recovery time, and training readiness. It also uses optical sensors to monitor heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and heart rate variability to record physiological data.
