The Lenovo ThinkSmart Core Gen 2 Full Room Kit is a computing unit designed for scheduled and on-demand video meetings. Developed for Microsoft Teams Rooms, this module allows teams to coordinate local and remote participants over a secure network. The system uses integrated Intel Arc Graphics to output content to external displays and runs Windows 11 IoT Enterprise for Collaboration. A "Bring Your Own Meeting" (BYOM) feature allows users to route calls through their personal laptops using the included USB-C cable.

Meeting management is handled via a USB-connected touch controller designed for boardroom tables. The screen features an anti-glare finish to remain legible under overhead lighting. The controller includes built-in speakers and a 3.5 mm jack for audio monitoring and troubleshooting. A 10-metre USB-C cable is included, allowing the primary compute module to be installed out of sight. Users manage meetings directly through the touchscreen, which removes the need for a dedicated mouse or keyboard.
