Maurten Addition Menthol gives your fuel a cooling, mint-fresh taste, useful in the heat or when sweetness starts to feel like too much.

Additions are not fuel. They're a palate reset, designed to solve flavor fatigue: the point in a long effort or a heavy training week where repeated fuel stops being appealing and you start skipping it. Less fuel means an energy deficit and a drop in performance. One sachet lets you vary the taste without affecting how Hydrogel Technology works.

How to use with Drink Mix: Prepare your Drink Mix in 500ml of water and make sure it's fully dissolved. Start with half the Addition sachet, add more to taste, then shake to combine.

How to use with Gel Mix 480: Add the Addition to 200ml of water in your Gel Mix Flask first and shake, then pour in the Gel Mix 480 and shake again until dissolved. Gel Mix is too thick to mix an Addition into afterwards.

One sachet is designed to match one sachet of fuel, but use as much or as little as you like. Not recommended with the Maurten Bicarb System.
