The TP-Link Archer NB450 5G BE7200 Wi-Fi 7 router is a mobile broadband gateway that converts cellular signals into a local wireless and wired network. It provides internet access in locations lacking traditional fixed-line broadband by using 5G connectivity. Featuring dual-band Wi-Fi 7 (IEEE 802.11be), the router offers wireless data rates of up to 7200 Mbit/s, with 5764 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band and 1376 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band. If the primary 5G signal is unavailable, the router supports 4G LTE-TDD and LTE-FDD (Cat20) as a fallback. This combination of mobile and high-bandwidth capability is suitable for demanding tasks, such as 4K streaming and large file transfers.

The router includes three 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports that support data rates of 10, 100, 1000, and 2500 Mbit/s. These ports also function as an Ethernet WAN, allowing the device to act as a standard router when cellular data is not in use. A Nano SIM card is inserted into the dedicated slot to activate mobile data. Security features include a built-in firewall and WPA3 encryption. Administrators can set up guest access to isolate temporary users from the main network. Quality of Service (QoS) enables traffic prioritization to maintain performance for specific devices during high network load. The device uses plug-and-play setup and is powered via a standard DC input.
