Teltonika RUTM50 5G - Industrial IoT Router, Black

The Teltonika RUTM50 5G IoT router is an industrial networking device designed for wide-area connectivity. It uses a dual SIM setup to connect to 5G cellular networks, achieving data transfer rates of up to 3400 Mbit/s. The device is backward compatible with 4G LTE for areas with limited 5G coverage. For local networking, it provides five Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45) ports supporting 10/100/1000 Mbit/s. Wireless access is provided via integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), supporting simultaneous 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz operation. The router operates on a 9–50 V DC input and consumes a maximum of 18 W under full load.

The router features an anodized aluminum enclosure with an IP30 ingress protection rating. It includes a mounting kit for DIN-rail, wall, or flat surface installation in equipment cabinets or control rooms. The system runs on RutOS, an OpenWrt-based Linux operating system, and supports both local web-based administration and cloud management. Network security is managed via a built-in firewall, which includes configurable rules, NAT, DMZ, and IP address filtering. Wireless connections are secured using WPA3-SAE and WPA3-EAP encryption. On-site diagnostics are provided by LED indicators displaying cellular signal strength, WAN status, Ethernet activity, and Wi-Fi band usage.
