Duck is the primary animal protein, supplemented with dehydrated chicken, eggs, and herring. Quinoa seed, sweet potatoes, dried broccoli, and asparagus are also included. The recipe incorporates a urine acidifier to help maintain a balanced urinary pH.

With 30% protein and 11% fat, the food helps maintain muscle mass while limiting calorie intake. The 5.7% crude fibre from pea fibre and psyllium seed husk supports normal intestinal motility. Added L-carnitine and taurine provide metabolic and cardiac support, while flaxseed and herring oil supply omega fatty acids for skin and coat health.
