The Mustang Gas Griddle 4 is a freestanding cart designed for outdoor flat-top cooking. It uses four stainless steel burners with a combined output of 16,400 W. As an open-top unit without a lid, it is suited for foods that require direct contact with a continuous, heated surface, such as smash burgers or vegetables. The 4,525 cm² rectangular cooking area provides enough space to prepare multiple portions at once, and the heat level is controlled by dedicated rotary knobs.

The frame is built from black powder-coated steel. The cooking plate is made of carbon steel with a non-stick ceramic coating, which helps prevent sticking and makes the surface easy to wipe down. Four lockable castor wheels allow the griddle to be moved across different outdoor surfaces. An integrated electronic piezo ignition system is included, so there is no need for external lighters. The side shelves fold down to save space when the griddle is not in use.
