The Keychron Q10 Max (Q10M-M4-BO, Carbon Black) is a 75% Alice-layout mechanical keyboard designed for typing and gaming. Its split, ergonomic design omits the numeric keypad to save desk space, while the CNC-machined 6063 aluminium chassis provides a sturdy base. The keyboard features tri-mode connectivity, allowing users to switch between a wired USB-C connection, 2.4 GHz wireless, or Bluetooth 5.1. It also supports pairing with multiple devices simultaneously.

The KSA-profile double-shot PBT keycaps are built for daily use. Beneath them, a hot-swappable PCB allows for switch changes without soldering. 256 KB of internal memory stores custom hotkeys, and the keyboard is compatible with macOS, Windows, and Linux. The typing angle can be adjusted, although no wrist rest is included. The housing features a uniform dark finish.
