D-Link DAP-X3060W - Wireless Access Point

The D-Link DAP-X3060W is a Wi-Fi 6 wall-plate access point designed for high-density indoor environments. This dual-band device operates on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies. It supports a combined wireless data rate of 3000 Mbit/s, with up to 2402 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band and 574 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band. Integrated MU-MIMO and beamforming support multiple simultaneous connections. The unit replaces a standard wall plate, providing wireless coverage without requiring bulky external hardware.

Wired connectivity includes four Gigabit Ethernet ports for high-speed local connections. The unit functions as an Ethernet WAN device and is powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) using the 802.3at standard. Security is provided through protocols such as WPA3, while guest access and tagged VLAN support allow for traffic segmentation. Administrators can configure the hardware via a web-based interface or central management software. Internal antennas and a 40.2 mm depth profile allow for installation on standard electrical boxes.
