The Synology SPU7200D-7680G is a 7.68 TB U.3 NVMe SSD designed for network-attached storage environments. It connects to host systems via a PCIe x4 interface and provides 7.68 TB of usable flash capacity. The drive follows the standard 2.5-inch U.3 form factor. It delivers random read speeds of up to 1,250,000 IOPS for 4KB operations, with write performance reaching 130,000 IOPS under typical workloads.

The drive uses 3D TLC NAND memory, providing an endurance rating of 14,016 terabytes written (TBW). It is designed for direct integration with the Synology PAS7700 system.
