SwitchBot Smart Radiator Thermostat - Smart radiator thermostat, White

The SwitchBot Smart Radiator Thermostat is a battery-powered device designed for room-by-room heating control on water radiators. It replaces compatible manual valve heads, allowing app-based scheduling and remote temperature adjustments. An integrated temperature sensor regulates heating automatically within a 5–35 °C measuring range. The unit communicates locally over a 2.4 GHz Bluetooth connection, enabling direct control from Android and iOS devices through the SwitchBot app. A built-in digital display shows the current settings at a glance. Power is supplied by two included AA alkaline batteries, which provide an operational life of approximately 0.83 years.

The housing is made from ABS and polycarbonate. Installation on the radiator valve is tool-free when used with the appropriate included adapter. While native connectivity relies on Bluetooth, adding a SwitchBot Hub expands network capabilities over Wi-Fi. This hub integration enables broader smart-home compatibility across platforms including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri, IFTTT, and Matter. The hardware supports plug-and-play setup and features a low-battery indicator to signal when the cells need replacing. Users can manage heating routines such as frost protection and window-open detection directly through the connected mobile application.
