The Linksys Velop Pro 6E is a tri-band mesh system using the Wi-Fi 6E standard. This two-node kit covers areas up to 557 m² and supports up to 200 connected devices. It operates across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands, achieving a maximum combined data rate of 5400 Mbit/s. Band throughput is 600 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band and 2400 Mbit/s on both the 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands. Intelligent Mesh technology coordinates the nodes to maintain a single network across your home.

Each unit features one Ethernet WAN port and one Gigabit Ethernet LAN port for wired devices. Network security is provided by WPA2 and WPA3, a built-in firewall, and quality of service (QoS) for traffic prioritisation. The system includes parental controls with time-based scheduling for managing network access. The hardware includes 512 MB of memory and five internal antennas. MU-MIMO and beamforming technologies optimise communication between the mesh nodes and connected devices. The units are designed for indoor use and include an AC adapter.
