By bypassing the ear canal and transmitting audio through the cheekbones, the open-ear design ensures users remain aware of their surroundings while working in logistics, office, or mobile roles. The headset connects to devices via Bluetooth 5.1 with a range of up to 30 metres and features a frequency response of 20–20,000 Hz.

Voice capture is handled by a boom microphone that uses active noise cancellation and digital signal processing to filter out workplace background noise.
