The Makita DLM480Z 48 cm LXT 2x18V Cordless Push Lawn Mower (Tool Only) features a 480 mm cutting width to mow grass efficiently and reduce the number of passes required. As a cordless push mower, it allows for manual control of the mowing pace without the restriction of a cable. The rotary blade system ensures a consistent finish, while the battery power eliminates the emissions and maintenance requirements associated with petrol models. This mower is suitable for lawn areas of up to 800 m².

A central 10-position lever adjusts the cutting height between 20 mm and 100 mm to suit seasonal grass conditions. Clippings are collected in a 62-litre grass box, which reduces the frequency of emptying. The composite housing balances durability with weight; at 26.8 kg, the unit remains stable on uneven ground while being easy to manoeuvre. An integrated mulching function finely chops clippings and returns them to the turf as natural fertiliser.
