Bosch Professional GSS 18V-18 Cordless Orbital Sander, Bare Tool

The Bosch Professional GSS 18V-18 Cordless Orbital Sander (bare tool) is a battery-powered orbital sander for controlled finishing and surface preparation. It handles sanding and paint removal on wood, metal, plaster, drywall and painted surfaces. The mechanism reaches 20,000 oscillations per minute for faster material removal, and its adjustable 10,000–20,000 OPM range allows the sanding action to be moderated for different materials and finishes. A brushless motor drives the sanding plate. The cordless format removes the need to manage a mains cable around the work area.

Dust is managed through an integrated extraction port, and the supplied dust bag provides onboard collection. The orbital sander also connects to the Bosch Click & Clean extraction system. Its 92 × 182 mm sanding plate provides a defined contact area for smoothing surfaces and edges. At 1.2 kg, the tool combines an ergonomic design with a low-profile 118 mm body to support control and visibility near walls. A balanced, offset battery position is intended to improve handling in confined areas. This bare-tool package excludes the battery and charger but includes one sanding sheet.
