The BenQ ZOWIE XQ2566X is a 24.1-inch flat gaming monitor designed for competitive esports. It uses a TN panel with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio. To support high-speed gameplay, the display achieves a 360 Hz refresh rate to reduce motion latency. BenQ's DyAc 3 technology helps improve motion clarity by coordinating the backlight with the displayed image. ZOWIE Sync compatibility allows players to share and synchronise display profiles across different systems. The monitor has a black finish and no built-in speakers, focusing on the visual requirements of tournament environments.

The chassis includes a height-adjustable, detachable stand. The screen can be adjusted by 155 mm in height, tilted from -5 to 35 degrees, and swivelled 45 degrees in either direction.
