The QNAP TS-H1065EU-8G is a 2U rackmount NAS designed for IT environments. It uses an Intel quad-core processor and 8 GB of DDR5 memory for file management and data redundancy. Ten drive bays accommodate 3.5-inch SATA hard drives, E1.S SSDs, and M.2 NVMe SSDs. A hybrid configuration allows for a combination of high-capacity mechanical storage and high-speed solid-state tiers, while RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, and 50 are available for data protection.

The 2U form factor—432 mm wide and 88.6 mm high—fits standard server cabinets. Connectivity includes two 2.5GbE Ethernet ports, supporting transfer rates up to 2500 Mbit/s. External peripherals connect via one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port and three USB 2.0 ports. Three 60 mm fans provide cooling for internal components. The pre-installed QTS 5.2.9 firmware supports file systems including ext4, HFS+, and exFAT, and system memory can be expanded to 16 GB using the available SO-DIMM slot.
