Ubiquiti UniFi UP-AIRQUALITY - Vape Detection & Air Quality Sensor, White

The Ubiquiti UniFi Vape Detection & Air Quality Sensor (UP-AIRQUALITY) is a wired indoor device that monitors environmental conditions and identifies vape-related events. It measures temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, and volatile organic compounds at a 1 Hz sampling rate. The device connects via a Fast Ethernet interface at speeds up to 100 Mbit/s, sending environmental data to the local network. It is powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE), which removes the need for separate power adapters or dedicated electrical outlets.

Made from durable white polycarbonate, the sensor is designed to blend into commercial or educational settings. Administrators configure the hardware via a built-in web interface. The device can be mounted on walls, ceilings, or tables. A multi-colour LED on the front panel provides visual feedback: white and blue lights indicate the operational state, while a dedicated air quality display uses red, green, yellow, and violet to represent current room conditions.
