How to prepare:

1. Fill to the line with 200ml of water.
2. To personalize the taste, add your preferred Cola, Orange, Apple, or Menthol Addition first and shake.
3. Pour in the Gel Mix 480 sachet.
4. Shake vigorously until dissolved.
5. Rest 5 minutes before consuming.
