The Xiaomi 17T 5G 12/256GB Black is a 5G smartphone built around an eight-core MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra processor with a peak frequency of 3.4 GHz. Its 12 GB of RAM supports demanding apps, games and multitasking. The 6.59-inch flat AMOLED display has a 2756 × 1268 resolution and 460 ppi pixel density. A maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz provides smooth scrolling and motion. Peak brightness reaches 3500 cd/m², which helps maintain visibility in bright conditions.

The rear camera system uses a triple-camera layout, including two 50 MP cameras with autofocus, image stabilisation, flash and night mode.
