The ARCTIC ACTPD00064A is a 100x100x1.5 mm grey silicone thermal pad designed to facilitate heat transfer between electronic components and cooling surfaces. It acts as a gap filler, bridging spaces where rigid surfaces do not meet perfectly. By compensating for height differences, it ensures consistent contact across the cooling area. The soft material adapts to uneven surfaces and microscopic irregularities, reducing thermal resistance compared to an unbridged connection.
You can cut the 100x100 mm sheet into the shapes required for CPUs or GPUs. The 1.5 mm thickness is suitable for hardware with larger clearance gaps. The material is non-conductive, which prevents short circuits, and it complies with UL and RoHS safety standards for electronic accessories. To install, simply place the pad directly onto the component; it adheres without the need for additional adhesives.
