The ARCTIC TP-4 Thermal Pad 4-Pack (120 x 20 x 1.0 mm) is a silicone-based thermal interface designed to bridge gaps between electronic components and heatsinks. These grey pads serve as a compressible medium for components where uneven surfaces or large clearances make thermal paste unsuitable. Each pack contains four strips measuring 120 mm by 20 mm. The 1.0 mm thickness ensures consistent heat transfer from chips to the cooling surface. The flexible construction allows the material to conform to surface irregularities when compressed during assembly.
The pads are suitable for hardware such as VRAM, VRM modules, M.2 SSDs, and chipsets in both PCs and gaming consoles. The non-corrosive composition prevents damage to sensitive electronic circuits, and the non-bleeding properties ensure the material will not leak or degrade under sustained thermal loads. Installation is straightforward; the pre-cut pads are placed directly onto components without the need for additional tools. These pads effectively bridge thermal gaps that standard thermal greases cannot fill.
