The Cooler Master Elite 681 mid-tower PC case is designed for builds that require both high airflow and component visibility. The steel and tempered glass chassis allows a clear view of the hardware while maintaining ventilation. A side-mounted power supply layout separates the ATX power unit from the primary components, which improves cable management and airflow. The case comes with four pre-installed 120 mm fans—three on the side and one at the rear—featuring integrated LED lighting. Liquid cooling support allows for the installation of up to 360 mm radiators on both the top and bottom panels.

The case supports ATX, microATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards and provides seven expansion slots for graphics cards. It accommodates CPU coolers up to 160 mm in height and power supplies up to 240 mm in length. Storage includes dedicated space for two 2.5-inch solid-state drives and one 3.5-inch hard drive.
