The Ubiquiti Networks Enterprise Network Video Recorder (ENVR) is a dedicated device for centralising IP surveillance. The NVR connects to cameras over a wired network, with a maximum Ethernet data rate of 10,000 Mbit/s. The system uses a wired connection only and has no Wi-Fi, ensuring stable, interference-free operation. Power is supplied through a standard AC input supporting 100–240 V. Users must plug the unit directly into a wall outlet or UPS, as Power over Ethernet (PoE) is not supported on this model.

Constructed from SGCC galvanized steel, the recorder has a durable enclosure suited to professional IT environments. The 3U chassis fits standard rack-mounting hardware. Administrators can configure and monitor the system remotely through the web-based management interface in any standard browser. It has one RJ45 Ethernet LAN port for network connection and local configuration. The rack-mountable design and web-based management allow it to integrate cleanly into existing enterprise server racks.
