The Synology TC510 AI-Driven Turret IP Surveillance Camera (2880 x 1620, PoE, MicroSD) is a security monitoring device designed for continuous video recording. This wired IP camera uses a 5-megapixel sensor to deliver a maximum resolution of 2880 x 1620 pixels. It relies on a physical network connection for data transmission in business or residential environments. Power is supplied through the data cable via IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE), or alternatively via a 12 V DC input. The camera draws up to 4.8 W during active use. Onboard AI processing classifies human and vehicle movement to minimise false alerts triggered by unrelated environmental factors.

Network connectivity is provided by a single Fast Ethernet RJ45 port operating at 100 Mbit/s. A built-in microphone captures ambient audio, and a status LED assists during installation. Video streams are encrypted using HTTPS and TLS 1.2. An integrated MicroSD card slot supports local recording, providing redundancy if the network drops.
