The Char-Broil Griddle 3400 gas griddle is a freestanding outdoor griddle designed for flat-top cooking of foods such as burgers, eggs, pancakes, tacos, vegetables, and paella. Its cooking surface is made of porcelain-enameled cast iron, a material that retains and distributes heat evenly across the full plate for consistent results. Three stainless-steel burners beneath the plate create separate cooking zones, allowing different foods to cook at different temperatures at the same time. The wide, flat cooking area accommodates multiple portions without crowding. This griddle is intended as a dedicated outdoor cooking station rather than a portable or tabletop surface.

The griddle sits on a steel cart with wheels, side work surfaces, and storage space for accessories or propane tanks. A hinged lid locks over the cooking surface to protect it between uses.
