Built with a silver aluminium top case and ABS bottom case, the Ducky Cushion 98 Mechanical Keyboard (Silver, Ducky Silent Red Linear Switches, Nordic ISO, Tri-Mode) is a 98% compact mechanical keyboard. Its 980 layout retains a dedicated numeric keypad while taking up less desk space than a traditional full-size board. Ducky Silent Red linear switches provide smooth, consistent keystrokes with reduced operating noise, and are suited to gaming, office work and long typing sessions. The product is a complete keyboard, not a replacement keycap set.

The Cushion 98 uses Ducky's Nest Mount structure to cushion the plate and produce a softer, quieter and more even typing feel. This mounting method is designed to reduce noise across the board during use. Its aluminium top case has a tool-free quick-latch design for opening the chassis. RGB backlighting provides illuminated keys. A removable keycap puller is included for keycap removal during cleaning or customisation.
