OSRAM SubstiTUBE T5 HF LED Tube 288 mm 4 W 380 lm 3000 K G5 is a tubular retrofit lamp intended to replace conventional T5 fluorescent tubes in compatible fittings. Its 380 lm output delivers warm white illumination at a fixed 3000 K colour temperature. The tube draws 4 W, so its rated load is lower than the 8 W of the fluorescent lamps it replaces. It works with compatible high-frequency electronic ballasts, allowing an appropriate HF luminaire to accept the replacement without rewiring.

The 288 mm tube uses a G5 cap and has an 18.5 mm diameter, so fixture and ballast compatibility should be checked before installation.
