The Ledlenser MH3 headlamp is an LED hands-free light designed for outdoor activities and general maintenance work. It produces a maximum output of 200 lumens, throwing a beam up to 130 metres to illuminate the path ahead. On the lower setting of 20 lumens, the light provides a runtime of up to 35 hours. This model offers two power levels so the brightness can be adjusted to immediate needs. The overall design prioritises straightforward manual operation for everyday tasks.

The housing is made from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and polycarbonate for durability. Weighing 92 grams, the headlamp includes an adjustable headband for a secure fit during prolonged wear. A pivoting head mechanism allows the beam angle to be repositioned without moving the entire band. Power is supplied by a single alkaline AA battery, enabling quick swaps in the field without needing a dedicated charger. The physical controls operate manually via a simple on/off switch.
