The ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra 16K Resin 3D Printer uses MSLA technology and a 10-inch 16K monochrome LCD to cure detailed parts. Its build volume measures 211.68 × 118.37 × 220 mm, accommodating small-to-medium models, prototypes, and components. Layer thickness ranges from 0.01 mm at the finest setting to 0.2 mm at the coarsest. Stated accuracy is 0.02 mm, supporting prints with small surface and geometry details.

The ELEGOO Saturn 4 Ultra 16K Resin 3D Printer combines smart tank heating with Tilt Release technology for layer separation. This release system supports print speeds of up to 150 mm/h. Automatic levelling reduces the manual setup required before printing. An intelligent mechanical sensor detects resin residue, insufficient resin, and levelling errors. The integrated AI camera provides real-time monitoring and time-lapse recording. Dual-band Wi-Fi and USB support file transfer, while a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen provides local control.
