ELEGOO PETG-CF 1.75 mm, 1 kg 3D Printer Filament, Grey

ELEGOO PETG-CF Carbon Fiber Filament is a carbon-fibre-reinforced PETG material designed for 3D printing. Supplied on a 1 kg spool with a 1.75 mm diameter, it offers greater stiffness, dimensional stability, and abrasion resistance than standard PETG. It is intended for functional prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and structural models that require high rigidity. The recommended nozzle temperature is 240–255 °C, and the build plate should be heated to 65–75 °C. The surface finish helps reduce the visibility of printed layer lines.

The filament is compatible with most consumer 3D printers but requires specific nozzle hardware. Because the carbon fibres are abrasive, the material must be used with a 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, or 0.8 mm hardened-steel nozzle. A 0.2 mm nozzle is not compatible with this formulation. Print environments should maintain an ambient temperature of 25–50 °C with relative humidity kept below 20%. The material has a tensile strength of 51,000 kPa, an impact strength of 70.7 kJ/m², and an elongation at break of 9.6%.
