ELEGOO ASA 3D Printer Filament 1.75 mm Red 1 kg is an engineering-grade material intended for FFF and FDM 3D printing. It supplies ASA plastic for functional parts, prototypes, and outdoor models exposed to sunlight and moisture. The formulation offers ultraviolet resistance, helping printed components retain their colour and structural integrity in outdoor use. The material has an elongation at break of 10.6% and a flexural modulus of 2349 MPa. It also provides a tensile strength of 35,000 kPa and an impact strength of 65.5 kJ/m². These mechanical properties suit applications involving sustained mechanical stress.

For reliable extrusion, the filament requires a nozzle temperature of 240–270 °C. A printing environment of 45–60 °C ensures consistent material flow. The filament supports a print speed of up to 220 mm/sec and works with compatible 3D printers that use 1.75 mm filament. It is listed as fully compatible with the Bambu Lab AMS system for multi-material setups. The filament maintains a dimensional accuracy of ±0.02 mm.
