SUNLU PC-ABS W 3D Printer Filament is a white engineering-grade material for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printers. It combines the heat resistance of polycarbonate with the processability of ABS and is suited to durable functional parts and automotive interior components. The filament is 1.75 mm in diameter and supplied on a standard 1 kg spool. It is formulated for experienced users running demanding prints rather than basic low-temperature hobby applications. Specific gravity is 1.081, corresponding to a density of 1081 kg/m³. The material offers a balance of stiffness and toughness for parts exposed to mechanical stress.

Printing this material requires hardware capable of sustaining high temperatures. The recommended extrusion temperature is 260–280 °C, with an ideal nozzle setting around 270 °C. A heated build plate set to 100–110 °C is necessary to prevent warping. The filament supports print speeds up to 230 mm/s. A dry printing environment with relative humidity below 20% is required to maintain material integrity and prevent moisture absorption. Compatible printers must support 1.75 mm filament and reach the specified nozzle temperatures.
